Ross has been a licensed Realtor in York County since 1993. He has been one of York County’s and Howard Hanna’s leading Realtors over the past 13+ years. A few of the past “Covid” years in real estate have been slightly challenging in York County, however Ross still managed to sell between 70 and 101 homes during those Covid years. In the 10+ years prior, Ross sold anywhere from 100 to 140 homes in any given year. Ross has been ranked #1 individual, (non-team member) agent in York County for number of homes sold. Ross does not work for a  team, so when you call him, you get him. He does have an amazing assistant Missy Miller that keeps him in check and makes every transaction go smooth. Ross has been recognized as one of the top Realtors in the State of Pennsylvania and recognize as one of the top three in the Best of York County.

Having Faith and staying positive are two attributes that are a "must have" for Ross to be successful in this business.   Over the past years, Ross has enjoyed helping numerous Buyers and Sellers of York County make informed decisions. He realized that these decisions are some of the biggest choices that a person makes in their lifetime ... so Ross takes his business seriously. Residential sales are his specialty ... however; he has listed, sold, and owned rental units and commercial property.

Ross is a graduate of Bel Air High School in Maryland and attended Messiah College and graduated from York College of Pennsylvania. He has served on the Board of Realtors and is involved with different committees.

Ross has a lovely wife Tara and two wonderful children, Morghan and Jamie.
